Old Port Sailboat Intimate Wedding
Portland Maine
A stunning intimate wedding in the Old Port of Portland, Maine. Their day included getting ready with close loved ones at the hotel, a first look and portraits in a park, a two our sailboat ride on one of Portland's oldest & biggest schooners, a sweet ceremony by the bow, newly wed portraits, and a small private dinner at a local oyster and fish house. A truly amazing & special day for the books!

Alanna & Tommy had a stunning August Intimate wedding on the coast of Maine at a beautiful seaside resort. The day was filled with lots of laughter, fresh florals, personal touches, local beer, delicious food, live music, and dancing the night away. They even went on a wedding day sail on a small sailboat.

This intimate wedding included getting ready at their lakeside inn, a ceremony with only 12 of their closest family & friends, a waffle wedding cake & brunch, and exploring a local beach with their pup, Gus! They were all about the candids and we prioritized capturing authentic moments together. Such a sweet day!

We start our adventure together with a simple "hello"! You fill out the contact form on my site letting me know all about your vision for your day!
Then, I get back to you within 1 business day with all kinds of helpful information about what an intimate wedding experience is like with me. After that, we discuss all the details about your day!

2. Making it official!
Once we decide we are a great fit (and are bound to have an amazing time together), we make it official by having you two sign an agreement & pay your booking retainer for your wedding date! By having you both sign the agreement and pay the booking retainer, this officially secures your date with me! Yay! Then that's when the real fun can begin!
Leading up to your big day I'll send over the best local vendor recommendations to help bring your vision to life and help you craft a timeline that allows for maximal joy and minimal stress during your wedding day!
You'll send me any questions your might have during your planning process & schedule your engagement session for your save the dates!
3. Planning all the good stuff
The day is finally here... your wedding day! You two spend the day with close loved ones, making amazing memories, indulging in lots of amazing food & drink, committing your lives to each other, and loving on your soulmate! I spend the day as your professional third wheel; capturing all those sweet & candid moments, stunning portraits, and all the beautiful details of your wedding day.
4. WEdding day!
After all the champagne has been popped and your intimate wedding day is over, I get busy on hand editing every beautiful photograph from your day & making sure each detail is perfect.
After 8-10 weeks, your photographs will be delivered to you in an online gallery for you to view, download, print, and share with friends & family.
Then, you can select your favorite photos from your day to print for wall art, made into canvases, or be incorporated into an heirloom album that can be treasured for generations to come.

Jenna was an absolute pleasure to have with us on our day and her photography is AMAZING. She is incredibly friendly and detailed which made us feel relaxed and in good hands.
Due to COVID restrictions, we only had 10 people at our wedding, making pictures all the more valuable to share later with friends and family. We knew that Jenna’s photography would capture all those special moments and then some.
Jenna has a great balance of giving direction for posing when needed while also letting us have fun as a couple to capture candid moments. We can’t recommend her enough!
