I created Maine Luxury Picnics from the need to create a one-of-a-kind & intimate experience for people to enjoy together. I've combined perfectly curated picnic scenes with beautiful, bright, and colorful photography to create and capture perfect moments of joy.

Planning a proposal? The ultimate date night? A BFFs brunch? A classic "Maine" day at the coast? Maine luxury picnics are a great way to elevate the experience and make it your own.

All Maine luxury picnics come with half an hour of photography coverage to document the celebration and all the little moments in between.

Maine Luxury Picnics

For 2-4 people with a 2 hour picnic time. Includes picnic table, picnic blanket, chiffon runner, coastal netting, sitting pillows, tableware, lanterns, LED candles, ice bucket, tray, and blanket basket. Please let us know of any add-ons you would like and we'll take care of the rest!

Maine Luxury Picnics can be set up practically anywhere! Public parks, the beach, your back yard, etc. Please check local rules ahead of time to ensure picnics are allowed in the location requested. Locations within a 25 mile radius of Biddeford, Maine included.

A subtle coastal theme that compliments Maine's stunning coastline. Perfect for those small & meaningful celebrations that want a slight coastal Maine feel. Includes soft and muted blues with a touch of chiffon, white lanterns, and woven textures. Add on food from local Maine businesses to elevate your experience.

One thing that makes Maine Luxury Picnics by Adventure and Vows different than the rest is that every picnic includes 30 minutes of photography to capture your special celebration. Perfect for proposals, date nights, brunch with your BFFs, and more. This allows you to revisit your luxury picnic and the memories you made over and over again.

About Maine Luxury Picnics

Frequently Asked Questions

Maine luxury picnics are planed 2-6 weeks in advanced. This allows plenty of time to coordinate and book add-ons.

You will reserve your spot with 50% booking retainer. One week before your luxury picnic the remainder will be due. After that, you just go to your picnic and enjoy!

How far in advanced should I book my Maine Luxury Picnic?

How do I reserve a luxury picnic?

24 hours before your picnic we will get in touch and discuss the weather. If there is a high chance of rain the day of the picnic we can always set up the picnic inside at your home, accommodation, or under a tent. If we are unable to do the picnic in an indoor location or safely under a tent, we will work together on a rain date. If a rain date can not be agreed on, a refund will be issued minus the booking fee. 

At minimum: just yourselves and your smiles!

But, it really just depends on what kind of experience you are looking for! If you don't want to worry about bringing your own food: add on food items from local restaurants in the add-on menu. 

The only thing you'll need to bring or add to your luxury picnic package is food and any special beverages you would like (Please keep in mind that most public places don't allow alcohol). We supply everything else you would need to have a great time! 

We also suggest that you wear outfits that you feel comfortable and confident in! That way you look and feel your best in your photos from your luxury picnic!
